The launching ceremony of the 2020 Zhongshan Trade and Investment Fair and Top Talent Networking Zhongshan was held in Zhongshan Convention Center on the morning of March 28.
To cope with the impact of COVID-19 epidemic, this year's exchange mainly adopts the "cloud signing" method, with the help of new technologies such as big data and cloud platforms, realizing "face-to-face" signing at the same time in different locations. The whole ceremony was broadcast live on the Internet simultaneously.
There are 52 preferred projects for attracting capital, with a total investment of nearly 55 billion yuan. It is estimated that the annual output value will exceed 100 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue will exceed 4.3 billion yuan. Among them, there are 19 projects with an investment of over 1 billion yuan respectively, involving such areas as financial services, intelligent manufacturing, bio-medicine, inspection and testing, headquarters economy, supply chain upgrading and others.
At the opening ceremony, 41 projects were signed. Among them, 38 were signed through "cloud signing", and 3 projects, including TCL Industrial Western Pearl River Headquarters Base, Midea Environment Appliance Electric Factory, and Mingyang Nano Cadmium Telluride Photovoltaic Industrial Park, were signed on site.
Launched along with the Zhongshan Trade and Investment Fair, this year's Top Talent Networking Zhongshan held a total of 13 activities with the theme "Gathering Talents and Serving Enterprises".
The series of activities of this year's event started on March 28 and will last until mid-May.
