Following "Macao Family", another large-scale TV drama "The Love of Greater Bay" that was filmed mostly in Zhongshan was broadcast on CCTV's channel 1 during prime time on the evening of June 21.
Wang Yuanke and Oscar Sun star in the TV series, with Gallen Lo and Rain Li playing special roles. The TV show is set in the major cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and tells an inspiring story about a group of young people rooted in the Greater Bay Area, realizing personal growth along with the city's development.
It is worth mentioning that half of the outdoor scenes of the drama were filmed in Zhongshan, such as at the Zhongshan Culture & Art Center and Huayi Plaza in Guzhen Town.
The production of movies and TV dramas is expected to bring new growth to Zhongshan's cultural industry. Statistics show that over 60 movies and TV dramas have been filmed in Zhongshan over the past 10 years.
