The square of Dongsheng Library was bustling and hustling on Jan. 15 when the activity of Sending Spring Roll to Towns and Villages, hosted by Zhongshan Civilization Office and organized by Publicity Service Center of Culture and Sports of Dongsheng Town, was held.
