Previously, Xingzhong Catering's research team formulated the standardized preparation procedures of the Liangdu Braised Pork ready-made dish after a three-month interview program.

In the future, based on Xingzhong Catering's R&D and technology resources, the project will improve the recipe and making process and explore the regional characteristics and cultural settings of "Liangdu Braised Pork" to make it a signature dish of Zhongshan.
