The research base for Making Techniques of Traditional Pastries and Cakes of Minzhong, a municipal intangible cultural heritage item of Zhongshan, was unveiled at Zhongshan Yongwei Food Co Ltd. It is the first ICH research base in Minzhong Sub-district.

In recent years, Minzhong Sub-district has continuously strengthened the exploration, protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
