At the Guangdong main venue of the 2020 Cultural and Natural Heritage Day Activity held on june 13, the first batch of cultural heritage trails of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Guangdong Province were unveiled. The list includes such 27 physical trails as the Sun Yat-sen Cultural Heritage Trail, the Maritime Silk Road Cultural Heritage Trail, and the Overseas Chinese Cultural Heritage Trail.

These trails are located in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, Jiangmen, and other cities.

In the future, Guangdong will gradually develop more theme elements shared by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and plans to spend 3 years on discovering and building a series of cultural heritage trails across the Greater Bay Area.
