The Jiumuwan industrial park renovation project in East District began construction on December 19. 

Covering a land area of approximately 176.98 mu, the Jiumuwan project is located in the southern Qijiang New Town, adjacent to the Qijiang New Town station on the Nansha-Zhongshan intercity railway. The project has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan.

After renovation, the project has a total construction area of 380,000 square meters, with an estimated annual output value reaching 1.6 billion yuan and bringing in local tax revenue of about 67 million yuan.

The Jiumuwan project will include buildings for R&D and office use as well as high-standard industrial plants, and it will be operated by Shenzhen Cloud Community Information Technology Co, a renowned park operator in China.
