Located to the west of West Ring Expressway in Guzhen Town, the Caosan Zhixing Industrial Park, which has a total investment of 350 million yuan and a total area of used land of about 7.9 hectares, started construction on July 31.
The project will include nine high-standard workshop buildings and one living building, mainly targeting lighting manufacturing, lighting sources, household appliances, mechanical equipment manufacturing, and other sectors.
The Industrial Park is invested by seven 100-mln-yuan enterprises, including Tongding Electronics, Liangchen Optoelectronics and Zhaoyi Photovoltaic Technology. Its estimated annual output value and annual tax revenue will exceed 100 million yuan and 37 million yuan respectively. The Industrial Parkwill bring Caosan Village an annual income of 8 million yuan.
The Industrial Park is expected to be fully completed and put into operation in 2025.
