Zhongshan's Fusha Town recently held the investment attraction and project signing ceremony for the second quarter, with 14 key projects in such sectors as semiconductors, new materials and precision manufacturing being signed.
The event took place in a newly built factory building within the Fusha GBA Smart Home Industrial Park. Covering a total area of 36 mu (about 2.4 hectares), the park is expected to achieve an annual output value of 300 million yuan and an annual tax revenue exceeding 10 million yuan.
Currently, Fusha Town has established 10 key industrial parks, including the GBA Smart Home Industrial Park and the Kang'ao 5G Environmental Protection Common Industrial Park, with a rentable and saleable area exceeding 1 million square meters.
