A theme activity called "Easy Entrepreneurship" was held by the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the Zhongshan Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation Platform (the E-Park) on July 7.
"We explained Zhongshan's support policies to young entrepreneurs, and we cooperate with the Zhongshan Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China to provide entrepreneurial secured loans to 5 specific groups. Individuals or enterprises that meet the requirements can get preferential interest rates and interest subsidies," said Zhong Xuming, deputy director of the Zhongshan Human Resources Management Office.
The 5 specific groups are college graduates, veterans, people with employment difficulties, unemployed people, and returned self-employed persons.
At the activity, 3 enterprises and individuals signed contracts with the Zhongshan Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China and applied for entrepreneurial secured loans. The maximum amount of loans for individuals is 300,000 yuan, and that for enterprises is 5 million yuan.
The Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has approved 60 entrepreneurial secured loans in the first 6 months this year, with a total amount of 173.85 million yuan.
