Zhongshan Financial Investment Holdings (ZSFIH) assisted about 3,075 enterprises through such projects as "bridge loans", "guaranteed loans", "intellectual property loans" and "government-bank-insurer loans" by greatly reducing their financing costs.
The special fund to support enterprise financing (referred to as the "bridge loan") and financing risk compensation project, including the guaranteed loan, intellectual property loan and government-bank-insurer loan, were proposed by the Zhongshan Bureau of Finance and managed by ZSFIH. These non-profit projects are specially used to support small and medium-sized enterprises in loan transfers and financing.
Since the launch of the "bridge loan", 7,539 instances of support funds have been approved, and the total financing amount distributed through bridge loans is 87.01 billion yuan, saving 1.224 billion yuan in financial costs for enterprises and providing services for over 2,000 enterprises, meeting short-term capital turnover needs of enterprises and greatly reducing their financial costs.
