Zhongshan's East District held an investment promotion event on March 20.
Twenty-seven quality projects, worth over 10 billion yuan in total, were signed during the event, spanning sectors such as intelligent manufacturing, low-altitude economy, headquarters economy, high-end healthcare, new consumption scenarios, upscale catering and premium residential properties.
"We are planning a high-end intelligent manufacturing industrial park in East District, not only because of its prime location within the Greater Bay Area, but also due to the professional, precise, efficient public services provided by the government," said an enterprise representative.
The event also saw the appointment of 8 new investment advisors, expanding East District's investment consultant team to 26 members.
