According to Zhongshan Customs, 668 enterprises in Zhongshan have applied for certificate of origin (C/O) self-printing from January to October this year, with 54,000 copies printed involving a total value of more than 20 billion yuan.
"It tooks us at least half a day to send customs specialists to the customs office to obtain C/Os for export. After Zhongshan Customs enabled the self-printing services at the Government Service Center of Torch Development Zone and at the Bank of Communications branch lovation, printing all supported certificates there made things more convenient for us," said the customs supervisor of a German-funded enterprise in Zhongshan. After accessing the service, the company has printed 238 C/O copies from January to October this year.
"Now 18 types of C/Os can be self-printed," said a staff member of the Zhongshan Customs Shiqi Office.
