The measures attach importance to enhancing core competitiveness of the biomedicine and healthcare industry through sci-tech innovation. Specifically, strong support will be provided to the research and development of new drugs and medical devices. Enterprise with new drugs developed will be granted a maximum subsidy of 80 million yuan per year, and those with new medical devices developed are eligible for a maximum subsidy of 10 million yuan per year.
