A special investment promotion event for Zhongshan's culture and tourism projects was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center on May 25, attracting over 30 culture and tourism enterprises and financial institutions.
Key investment promotion projects in Shiqi, South District, Wuguishan, Tanzhou Town and Banfu were unveiled, highlighting their strengths, progress and profit models to attract investors.
Zhongshan plans to attract investments exceeding 5 billion yuan for 52 high-quality culture and tourism projects through the event. In addition to traditional culture-business-tourism complexes, cultural industry parks and tourist attractions, the lineup also includes renovation projects of granaries and old factories, as well as emerging digital tourism projects and tourism performance projects.
Strategic cooperation agreements were signed on-site between Zhongshan Cultural and Creative Industry Association and Jiamusi Cultural Tourism Investment Group, as well as between Zhongshan Culture Promotion Association and Shenzhen Cultural Industry Promotion Association, with follow-up collaborations to be rolled out.
