June 30 marked the first anniversary of the ShenZhong Link's opening, and the 2025 Zhongshan Investment Promotion Conference was held in Zhongshan, with two parallel sessions taking place in Beijing and Hangzhou.
With the them "Invest in Zhongshan, Win the Future", the event showcased Zhongshan's vast opportunities and abundant industrial space.
The conference extended an open invitationto the world, attracting over 400 business delegates from more than 20 countries and regions, as well as representatives from consulates of 15 countries in Guangzhou.
At the conference, 198 projects were signed with intended investment exceeding 100 billion yuan, spanning multiple landmark initiatives in manufacturing, agriculture, culture and tourism, and other sectors. Manufacturing projects accounted for nearly 80% of the total, primarily focusing on such advanced manufacturing sectors as biomedicine and healthcare, low-altitude economy, energy storage, high-end equipment, optoelectronics, artificial intelligence and new materials.
The unveiling ceremony was held on-site for China Telecom Industrial Research Institute's Advanced Intelligent Manufacturing Branch (Zhongshan), China Telecom Quantum+ Cybersecurity GBA Research Center (Zhongshan), China Telecom Low-Altitude Economy Capability Co-Creation Base (Zhongshan), and Guangdong Zhongshan Culture and Tourism Group.
The 2025 list of premium investment projects and the Zhongshan Investment Platform were also launched, offering over 3,300 mu (220 hectares) of land and 6.2 million square meters of factory space for targeted industries.
