In 2020, MLS Co Ltd cooperated with higher education institutions to carry out a new apprenticeship system in the MLS College to explore and train employees and unlock their potential.
The first 45 trainees of this program come from the company's production, R&D and warehouse departments, among others, and will become full-time junior college graduates after three years of study. These trainees will complete their theoretical study by the summer of 2022 and then take an internship for one year.
In addition to this new system, middle and senior managers can also get promoted through training. For example, the company will invite experts to give lectures, and scenario and sand table simulations and exercises will be carried out to improvemiddle and senior managers'management and planning competence.
