"It is so spectacular!" The sky over the UESTC, Zhongshan Institute was filled with around 600 drones which lit up the night over Lianfeng Mountain on November 11. Phrases such as "I love you China" and "I love Zhongshan Institute" were presented by the drones, and the breathtaking scene drew cheers from teachers and students.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of UESTC, Zhongshan Institute, and November 11 was its Homecoming Day. Some alumni returned to their alma mater to share memories of their youth. The wonderful performance was a gift from former students for their alma mater.
"We hope this inspiring performance will express our love for our country, for our city, and for the campus, and build staff's confidence and determination to run a fulfilling school for the people and help Zhongshan's development." Said the head of the Zhongshan Institute.
