Main line of South Outer Ring fully opens to traffic

The main line of the South Outer Ring road, spanning from national highway G105 to the Torch West interchange, fully opened to traffic on November 28.
Since then, Bo'ai 7th Road, Cuiheng Expressway and the main line of the South Outer Ring are connected by the Torch West interchange. Vehicles can now access Torch Development Zone and Cuiheng New District, while those from Torch Development Zone and Cuiheng New District can reach Zhongshan downtown, Shaxi Town and G105.
