Another 218 apartments for talent in Zhongshan's Torch Development Zone are now open for applications. Eligible talents working in TDZ can apply for subsidies that may cover up to 100% of the rental.
Located at No.10 East Deneng Road, the apartment buildings are equipped with facilities such as reading rooms, fitness rooms, billiards room, meeting rooms and canteens.
One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are available, with monthly rentals of 760 yuan and 1,440 yuan respectively.
Applicants with a bachelor's degree can receive a 40% rental subsidy, while master's degree (or associate senior title) holders are eligible for a 50% rental subsidy. Those with a doctoral degree (or senior professional title) qualify for a 100% rental subsidy.
So far, over 800 apartments for talent have been occupied. Residents are mainly from such public institutions and enterprisesas the Zhongshan Institute of Changchun University of Science and Technology, the CAIQ Greater Bay Area branch and Mingyang Group.
